Ingredients (2) 15-1/2 oz. Campbell's pork and beans 3/4 c. dark brown sugar 1-2 T. yellow mustard 6 strips of raw bacon, diced or snipped into very small pieces 1/2 c. ketchup Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Empty half the beans into a casserole. 3. Mix the brown sugar and mustard. Use enough mustard to make the mixture spreadable. Spread half the sugar/mustard mixture over the beans. 4. Cover with half the raw bacon bits. 5. Repeat those three layers...beans, sugar, bacon...again. 6. Cover the top bacon layer entirely with the ketchup. Use more ketchup if necessary to cover every bacon bit. Spread it from one side of the dish to the other. 7. Bake at 325 degrees F for a minimum of 2-1/2 hours uncovered. Serves 8.

5 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese* 3⁄4 Cup Sugar 3 T Flour 1 T Vanilla 5 eggs + 2 yolks 1⁄2 Cup Heavy Cream 1. Cream sugar and one package cream cheese together. 2. Add 1 egg and alternate the eggs and four remaining cream cheese packages – beat very well after each. 3. Add 2 egg yolks. 4. Add flour and vanilla, then heavy cream. *Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature before you start mixing this cake. Put batter in greased spring form pan. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 250 for 1 hour (don’t open the oven!) Cake will be a little wiggly after baking – it’s OK. As it cools it firms. Loosen sides after 10-15 minutes, cool completely.
