Blueberry Pie

 Use Mom’s (Nanny's) no-fail pie crust recipe.

3 pints blueberries, clean and dry, picked through to remove any stems 2/3 -3/4 Cup sugar

1⁄4 cup flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1⁄4 tsp nutmeg

1⁄2 tsp lemon peel 1/8 tsp salt

Dot the pie really well with butter before adding the top crust. Bake at 400 F or 425 F.
